Are you a driven sales professional with B2B telemarketing experience? Do you thrive in a commission-based environment and want to work fully remote from anywhere in the EU? Then this opportunity is for you.

We are looking for fluent Dutch-speaking freelance Sales Professionals to sell a business credit card designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses in the Dutch market.

What You Earn

• €3,000 fixed commission per month (first 3 months)

• €100 per onboarded customer during the first 3 months

• €200 per onboarded customer from month 4 onwards

• Target earnings: €6,000+ per month

• Uncapped earning potential

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Location: Fully Remote (EU-based)
Contract type: Freelance / Contractor

Your Responsibilities

• High-volume outbound calling to small and medium-sized businesses

• Present and sell the benefits of a business credit card solution

• Close deals and onboard new customers

• Drive customer activation and long-term usage

• Work in a performance-driven sales environment

This is a high-performance role focused on activity, results, and earnings.

Training & Onboarding

• 2-day formal introduction

• 2 weeks of intensive training while actively selling

• Continuous coaching and performance support

You Are

• Fluent in Dutch

• Experienced in B2B telemarketing / cold calling

• Comfortable closing smaller SMB deals (telco, energy, insurance, etc.)

• Commission-driven and target-oriented

• Curious about compensation models and bonus structures

• Self-motivated and coachable

• Available as a freelancer/contractor

Not the Right Fit If

• You are mainly looking for a fixed salary

• You struggle with target-driven environments

• You dont have a proven sales track record

• Previous roles ended during probation due to performance issues
